PMR Consulting is a technology and transformation advisory firm working with organisations in Ireland, the UK, and Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website.

Who is responsible

PMR Consulting is the controller of personal data collected through this website. To ask a question about this policy or to exercise your rights, use the contact form and say that the message is a privacy request.

Data we collect

• Enquiry details you choose to send us: your name, work email, company, phone number, role, organisation, and your answers about the situation, timing, and what you want to fix.
• Your cookie choice, stored in an essential first-party cookie named pmr_cookie_consent.
• If you accept analytics, we record usage data such as pages viewed, the referrer, and device and browser type. The visitor address is used only to count unique visits and is not stored.

We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries and take steps toward an advisory engagement. The legal basis is legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract.
• To remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. This cookie is strictly necessary.
• To understand how the site is used, only if you accept analytics. The legal basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics

Analytics runs only after you accept. The script is loaded from this website, and the records stay in our own database in AWS eu-west-1. We do not send them to Google. The website id stored in our admin configuration identifies this site and is not a secret.

If you reject, or later withdraw consent from Cookie settings in the footer, we do not load the script.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry messages are read by PMR Consulting so we can respond. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs or the content of a message as part of delivering the site and our replies.

Where data is processed

We work with clients in Ireland, the UK, and Australia. Enquiry data is handled by PMR Consulting in those regions. Analytics records, if you accept them, are stored by us in AWS eu-west-1.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then deleted or anonymised.
• The cookie that stores your choice lasts about six months, then we ask again.
• We keep analytics records only as long as needed to understand site use.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to:

• provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete data, or restrict or object to certain uses;
• provide data you gave us in a portable format, where that right applies;
• withdraw consent for analytics, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia.
